Tier 3 Resolution Plan

Tier 3 is standard arbitration (binding or non-binding), mediation, or other alternative dispute resolution service, on terms agreed upon by the parties, at the hourly rate of the Umpire / Neutral.

Hourly rates range from $300 - $500 per party.
